Here's a little video montage I put together a couple of years ago which pretty much illustrates the way I imagine Jesus. Notice that he is not bleeding and dying on a cross. And you don't see a halo, angels, or miracles. That would be Christ, the Savior. I am more about Jesus, the real human being, the superhero he must have been to his adoring band of disciples--and as I like to believe he is even today to us, his latter-day disciples, who walk with him in his Meadow.

NOW PLAYING: Christianity with dash of Zen

Look for new ones every couple of weeks or two.

My notes:

If I think of something new to add, I'll do it down below here. And I'll use the space over to the right for links to various things you might find interesting--other videos, podcasts, webpages, etc.

12/4/18 - I just added something new over in the the right-hand column--a FEEDBACK thing for your comments. I haven't tested it out yet, so I don't know yet whether it's working right or not. But you're free to try it out. It's supposed to send me your comments in an email. And, then, if you so wish, I can come back here and begin the "Feedback and Comments" section, adding yours to it. For now, though, if something seems screwy, please email me or let me know on Facebook.

11/8/18 - I am continuing to tweak the functionality of this new series of programs. It is still a work in progress; but, basically, it works like this: Each one is in four parts (or "pages"). So, to enjoy the full program, you start by watching Page 1. Then do Page 2, Page 3, and Page 4, in that order. I have no idea how it will work on your particular device--so please let me know if something looks crazy. To get there, click the maroon-colored link above.

10/27/18 - You'll notice I have added a "My Current Feature" above. I will probably update it with a new one every few days, as I come up with new items-- videos, songs, or whatever--that appealed to me and I felt like sharing. Some of them may be things I have done; others may be links to things I've found here and there and found inspiring. Anyway, we'll see how it works. As I replace one, I'll move it over to the "More Stuff" section to the right---> so that it should still be available.

FEEDBACK AND COMMENTS

Edith D. (1/6/19) - Ed, these are such beautiful videos. I think so many more people could enjoy your messages if they could possibly be seen on local public tv. I don't know how it all works, but I used to see various local programs on what I think was called free access tv. I think they offered time slots of say 30 minutes. Just a thought. I think some viewers might not use computers or be aware of your website. Thanks for preparing and sharing these with everyone. Take joy!

Thanks, Edi! I'm not sure how public access TV works either, or if they still have those channels. I keep playing around with different approaches to sharing my stuff, but I still haven't come up with the perfect solution. One problem I run into is that a lot of the videos I would like to share are copyrighted material--and places like YouTube and Facebook screen for that and will block it, were I to simply include it in my own video. So, the work-around I'm using now is to embed links to those things on my webpage. And the "link" is what I call "Page 2" etc. As for how to make it all available to the most people, that's tricky, too. I could do it on Twitter, YouTube or on my main Facebook timeline, which would get a few more eyeballs tuned in (although not that many, without some diligent promotion of it). And I'd also be opening myself up for all kinds of negative and crazy naysayer comments and dislikes along with it. So... 'Tis a challenge. Over time, maybe word-of-mouth will work, who knows. But thanks for watching and taking an interest!! And let me know if you come up with more ideas. (I'll be looking forward to your book on hinges, too!) -- Ed,

Edith D. (12/21/18) - I really enjoy all the videos you prepare and make available for so many of us to enjoy in our homes. I look forward to watching and listening to more. Thanks for making them.

Thanks Edi. I will probably add a different Christmas song or two in there, either today or tomorrow. Have a Merry Christmas!! - Ed
